Description

The Nitrous Express Lightning 45 bottle valve is designed for optimal nitrous flow and reduced weight. This nitrous-specific valve is crafted from lightweight 6061T6 billet aluminum, ensuring durability and safety through pressure testing to over 10,000 Pascal’s per square inch.

To maximize nitrous horsepower, maintaining the nitrous in liquid form until injection is crucial. The Lightning 45 valve addresses this by minimizing turbulence in nitrous flow caused by sharp bends and expansion areas, which can lead to gaseous bubbles. Unlike its chrome-plated brass predecessor, the Lightning 45 valve weighs half a pound less, offering a significant reduction in weight.

Anodized in black, this valve features a built-in gauge port, a high-flow push port, a direct flow path, a 45-degree outlet, and a consistent inner diameter. These design elements work together to eliminate power-robbing gaseous bubbles, resulting in increased horsepower. The Lightning 45 valve is not only standard in many NX nitrous systems but is also available separately as an upgrade for existing bottles.
