There shall be in the Turks and Caicos Islands a political organisation and the name of this organisation
shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Party”.

Individual Members shall be persons of not less than sixteen (16) years of age who subscribe to the conditions of membership and are Turks and Caicos Islanders
